Shipping

All U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS with optional shipping upgrades at checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for production time and additional 2-3 business days for shipping. Each piece is handmade to order and will only ship out once completed. If you have a time sensitive order, please reach out to us at urthandsea@gmail.com

International orders may be subject to customs and duty charges, which vary greatly depending on the destination country. These charges are payable by the customer upon arrival and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping amount and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Urth and Sea.

Please be advised, Urth and Sea isn’t responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed on our site.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order, so please be sure to confirm your shipping information. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. Urth and Sea is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.

Loss or Damage

Please note that Urth and Sea is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
